Why is my candle tunneling in?

The first burn is the most important burn, give your candle enough burning time to develop a melted wax pool that goes all the way to the edge of the container.

Why I can't smell my scented candle?

Make sure you burn the candle for a minimum of two hours and try to burn in a small room and then check the fragrance, sometimes burning in a larger room can make it hard to distinguish your candle scent. 

Why won't my candle stay lit after lighting it?

For optimal burn, keep your cotton wick is trimmed to about 1/4", you'll also want to clean off any charred bits that have falling in your candle melt pool. For trimming use a candle wick trimmer, if you do not have one then you can use nail clippers to clip your wick. Make sure to let your candle cool first before trimming as to not leave any bits of wick material behind.

How do I plant my butterfly seed paper?

Place your seed paper on soiled that is slightly compressed, add 1/8 inch of soil on top of the seed paper and give it a good drink of water. Make sure that it's always moist and in a sunny spot. Around 7-10 days you should see some sprouts!
